In our restaurant we utilize only the freshest of local organically grown produce and certain delights of international cuisine. Underpinning the view that food is medicine our chefs endeavour to prepare much of the food with a health focus of a balanced diet in mind. We intend to bring to you and eclectic mix of local Balinese, Indonesian, South East Asian and International cuisine. For those of us enjoying the occasional treat, you wont be disappointed either. The Coconut Grove Cocktail and Juice Bar

At the end of the day many of us enjoy an exotic juice or cocktail or even sampling of the local beers. The Coconut Grove is situated in pole position to take advantage of the one hundred and eighty degree views of the paddy fields and ocean. The sunrises and sunsets from here are simply stunning.

For those of you wishing to partake in an after dinner drink; the moon rising and ambient music will be with you forever.

Culinary Delights in Bali

The food grown in Bali is superb. Most fruits, vegetables and flowers are used daily as offerings to the Gods. Food is grown high in the mountains of Bedugal, where the topsoil is more than one hundred meters deep. Most produce is organically grown and fertilized. Beef, pork, wild chicken and duck are all grown on little farms and villages throughout Bali. Often sighted around houses and indeed sometimes in them.

The tropical fruits are outstanding and depending on the season, mangos, lychees, durian, mangosteen, rambutans, avocados, bananas and other exotic fruits are there for your enjoyment.

The seafood is excellent in Bali. Tuna, snapper, swordfish and marlin are just some of the fish found at the local markets. Prawn, lobster and calamari are also local favourites.

The spice islands indeed have a vast range of culinary and medicinal herbs and spices to use in our kitchen and clinic.
